ORANGE  GINGER  MARMALADE

CHEESE PLATE:  Pair Orange Ginger Marmalade with Gruyere and other Cheeses, serve with crackers for an unforgettable Cheese Platter.

MARINADE OR GLAZE:  Grill or Roast Meat or Fish of choice, coat with Marmalade as cooking and enjoy with a fresh Arugula salad.

PANZANELLA SALAD: To make the dressing, mix Orange Ginger Marmalade with diced Shallots, White Wine or Champagne Vinegar, Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper. Toss with cubed day-old French Bread, diced Persimmons, Jicama, Orange Pepper, Radishes, Cucumber and Grilled Chicken (optional). Or choose your own combination of veggies and let us know what you come up with!

BLUEBERRY  LEMON  LAVENDER

HEALTHY BREAKFAST OR SNACK:  Stir Blueberry Lemon Lavender into plain Greek yogurt, top with Granola or nuts for a delicious Parfait.

GLAZED RIBS:  Bake Rack of Ribs in your oven for about an hour and a half. Melt Butter in pan, add Onion, Garlic and Thyme, saute until translucent. Add Red Wine Vinegar, Blueberry Lemon Lavender jam and hot sauce, if desired, and reduce. Broil Ribs, coating with glaze until done.

MINI CHEESECAKE BITES: Smear Mascarpone cheese on top of a Nilla wafer and top with Blueberry Lemon Lavender Jam.

THE ULTIMATE BLUEBERRY COCKTAIL:  Pour Vanilla Vodka with Pineapple juice into shaker. Add a spoonful of Blueberry Lemon Lavender and ice cubes. Shake, Pour, Sip & Repeat! 

STRAWBERRY  HEAT

A MORNING KICK START:  Top a buttery Croissant or Biscuit with Strawberry Heat to start your morning off with a kick!

CHICKEN WINGS:  For marinade, mix Strawberry Heat with a touch of Soy Sauce, Honey and Lemon juice, and if desired additional hot sauce. Marinade Chicken for 24 hours and Grill or Broil.

GLAZE FOR MEAT OR FISH:  Similar to wings, mix Strawberry Heat with a touch of Honey and Lemon juice, include Cumin, Garlic and fresh Thyme. Coat Meat or Fish while Grilling or during Roasting.

STRAWBERRY HEAT CREPE:   Make Crepe in pan, or buy premade Crepe, smear half with Strawberry Heat and fold. Top with Whipped Cream or Cream Cheese and Toasted Almonds, if desired.

BURRITO:  Make or Buy your choice of Burrito with Rice and Beans, top with Strawberry Heat, as you would with Salsa. 

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE:  Top a buttery Biscuit with Strawberry Heat and fresh sliced Strawberries, add Whipped Cream and, optional, drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar.
